At JUV ACTIVEWEAR, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If your performance apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
